Insdr Moves was built to make insider trading data easier to read, compare, and explore. SEC Form 4 filings are public, but the raw filings are difficult to browse at scale. This website organizes those filings into clear dashboards, ticker pages, and focused views like big buys, big sells, and cluster activity.
Insdr Moves is free to use. The goal is to provide transparent, accessible insider activity data for research and education.
Insdr Moves was created by Kostadin Ristovski.

We exclude other transaction codes (for example gifts, conversions, awards, options, and other non-P/S events) from the main net-activity views, so the displayed totals focus on direct buy/sell flow.
Net amount is calculated by assigning a sign to each included transaction:
For ranking pages, we then aggregate by company or insider (depending on the page) and sort by magnitude according to each view.
Insider data is one input, not a complete investment thesis. Use it together with:
The data pipeline is updated regularly, and several pages use pre-generated datasets for fast loading. Where available, affected pages display a generated timestamp so you can see data freshness at a glance.
